Prices on lots have increased regularly so now is the best time to buy. Build later when you are ready. We are 20 minutes down the mountain to the ocean and beaches, and about a 3.5-4 hour drive from San Jose. We also plan group trips for those interested in visiting before purchasing -- yes, we have had people purchase their lot(s) sight unseen, but we do not necessarily recommend that ;-).
